Matt and Steph spent the day together beginning by going to the mall.  They shopped around, even looking at engagement rings!  Matt took Steph out to eat at her favorite restaurant and stopped by the church to say hello to her dad.  After that, they headed for the beautiful Kingwood Center, where Steph had previously taken Matt.  They walked around and enjoyed the beautiful gardens and fountains and each others company.  Matt took Steph to a bench that was in a shaded area and they sat and talked for a while.  Matt then got up and declared that he had an anniversary present for Steph in the truck and that he needed to get it.  He came back and handed Steph a medium sized box.  When she opened it, there was Kim Anderson Sweetheart's figurine.  Unbeknownst to her, it was a Will You Marry Me? figurine.  While she was admiring it, Matt got on his knee and proposed with a ring.  Steph through tears said yes!
